DESCRIPTION:Celebrate World Humanist Day and Father’s Day with a walk in the park. \nJoin Humanists West for a guided tour to explore the summer beauty and historical significance of Merlin Woods. Led by local expert Caroline Stanley\, we will use the wheelchair and buggy friendly paths to explore the park and Merlin Castle. \nThis is an outdoor event so please dress for weather\, including good walking shoes. This is a family friendly event. \nMeet at Merlin Woods Community Gardens at noon. \nCar parking is available on nearby Fearann Ri Rd\, and the 409 Parkmore bus service stops on Doughiska Road. \nAfter the walk we will have tea\, coffee and some baked goods back at the community garden. \nThis is a free event but please register through Eventbrite so we know how many to expect. \nRegister Now
